These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the generation of dynamic and static QR codes under free and paid yearly plans. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use our services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under UAE law. To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
2. Services
2.1 Free Plan
– You may generate static and dynamic QR codes at no cost, subject to usage limits communicated on our pricing page.
2.2 Paid Plans
– Yearly subscription plans grant access to enhanced features, higher usage limits, analytics, and priority support.
– All paid plans renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial purchase unless cancelled according to Section 6.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Gateway
– All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Stripe.
3.2 Yearly Subscriptions
– Fees are charged on a yearly basis. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes.
– You authorize us to automatically renew your subscription and charge the same payment method each year at the then-current rate.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day Full Refund
– If you cancel your yearly subscription within 14 days of the initial payment date, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee.
– To request a refund, email us at [email protected] no later than the 14th day following payment.
4.2 No Refund After 14 Days
– After 14 days from the payment date, all subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.3 Effect of Cancellation
– Upon cancellation, whether within or after the 14-day period, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the paid term but will not renew thereafter.
5. Use of QR Codes
– You retain ownership of content you encode in QR codes. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display such content solely for providing our services.
– You agree not to use QR codes for unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any QR code or account that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
– All website design, logos, trademarks, and software are the property of MEBMS TECHNOLOGY or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
– Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
– To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, MEBMS TECHNOLOGY and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
– Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
– We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Severability
– If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
